What you’ll do:
Be exposed to the overall execution of Klook’s business development efforts
Product Onboarding: Support new travel product onboarding, including attractions, tours, and event tickets.
Account Support: Respond to merchant inquiries and assist with issue resolution.
Data Analysis: Analyze business data to generate insights and recommendations for growth.
Quality Assessment: Conduct product quality checks to ensure consistency and performance.
Process Improvement: Identify and support improvements across team processes and systems.
What you’ll need:
Language: Native Korean, fluent English
Education: 4th year university students or graduates of universities.
Collaboration: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal and external parties.
Analysis: Capable of basic data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
Organization: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Attitude: Proactive, adaptable, and responsible in a dynamic environment.
