Develop annual learning strategies, learning frameworks, and competency models Design and deliver training programs (onboarding, leadership, functional, compliance, etc.) Manage LMS/Workday Learning and maintain training data Conduct training effectiveness analysis and produce insights Manage training vendors and budgets Develop and enhance learning content for capability building Design customized learning solutions based on organizational needs Provide HRM operational support (HR data maintenance, HR policy/process support, etc.) Support HR-driven events (onboarding events, town halls, internal engagement events, annual celebrations, etc.) Collaborate with global/regional HR and L& D teams and ensure policy compliance
