Overview The main responsibilities of Field Marketing Manager II, Korea position are responsible for develop and support campaign related initiatives within our various global selling regions.
Works with the Group’s outbound and product Marketing Teams to understand key products, strategies, and capabilities.
Train sales teams to make the most of campaigns and sales tools.
Convert marketing leads into actual sales pipeline to achieve market growth.
Spend time with customers to build networks of influential leaders and customer advocates that align with business goals.
Gather and communicate market dynamics to the business groups and selling organizations. How You’ll Make an Impact: Build and maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of Bio- Rad products and applications.
Work within the Group’s outbound marketing teams and interact with Product Management and manufacturing to understand key products, strategies, and capabilities.
Work with local sales representatives and managers to qualify high potential opportunities in targeted accounts and assist with negotiations when requested Stay current with all aspects of customer needs, business including industry and competitive intelligence Planning and develop product launch, product life cycle management, marketing plan and pricing.
Implement/execute planned activities particularly local events and activate campaigns.
Implement/execute digital campaigns and analysis its outcome.
Provide training to field reps, demonstrate best practice positioning and pricing strategies consistent with local sales process and campaign strategy. What You Bring: BS/MS in molecular biology or related field /Clinical pathology or related field 4+ years biotech/healthcare/clinical diagnostics business sales and/or application support combined with direct customer interaction and hands on lab experience/marketing Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind Always curious and open to learn new marketing works or initiatives to adopt Cross region, HQ collaboration Who We Are: For 70 years, Bio-Rad has focused on advancing the discovery process and transforming the fields of science and healthcare.
