The Role Roles & Responsibilities: Drive sales opportunities in partnership with Sales Agents, based on a 200-300 level knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs. Position Microsoft licensing benefits against competitive licensing programs to Sales Agents and customers. Provide licensing guidance to sellers and customers to ensure customers are moving into the proper licensing program. Review the pipeline to ensure guidance is followed. Create COE as appropriate. Constantly research and educate yourself with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and competitors. Ideal Profile Language: Korean + English Education: Bachelor's degree required  Experience: 2-3+ years IT licensing experience, Experience working with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 licensing solutions or similar solutions preferred 2-3+ years IT licensing experience with a proven track record of success Experience working with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 licensing solutions or similar solutions preferred.  Sales/customer service relationship background, telephone experience preferred.  A self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.  Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, and presentations.
