JOB SUMMARY: To have sound knowledge of customs regulations especially for the products under medical device laws and chemical statement requirement.

To be responsible for the performance of Global forwarding to ensure on time delivery of inbound/outbound shipments.

To work closely with local 3 PL to get stable service level in warehouse management and local transportation.

To achieve effective stock management and inventory control with 3 PLs.

To assist projects assigned by Global or commercial team.

Other tasks assigned.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Have clearly understanding of the business model in Korea and develop execution plan to support volume surge.

Be familiar with local laws and regulations of import & export especially for medical device products.

Focus on inventory and logistics control management to fulfill business plan by implementing standardized and horizontal material/capacity/logistics planning and order fulfillment practices in Korea.

Manage and track supply plan and be key player in S&OP process with Global planning team.

Work closely with all Suppliers (3 PLs, Airlines & freight forwarders, customs agent) to ensure company on time delivery model & specific Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) are met.

Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess supplier’s (3 PLs, Airlines & freight forwarders, customs agent) key performance indicates and implement operational improvements across the supply chain.

Engage and provide sound guidance and support on the local team.

Resolve conflicts across functions in accordance with targets.

Leverage on resources commonality and work cross-regional collaboration.

Strong execution capability to achieve the short and long-term strategy and goals.

Other duties and responsibilities assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: College degree and above EXPERIENCE:7+ years of related experience with at least 5 years in logistics operation.

ERP expert, supply chain related certification preferable.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Sound knowledge of customs regulations, international air & ocean inbound and outbound freight.

Ability to generate creative ideas and has excellent problem-solving and analytical skill.

Strong leadership and able to drive improvement of cross functional team.

Good English capabilities in listening, writing and speaking.

Strong computer skills with Microsoft including Word, Excel.

High willingness to take new challenge and work under pressure SAP experience is a plus.
