Are you a results-driven Quality Engineer looking to make a meaningful impact in a cutting-edge technology environment? Du Pont’s Advanced Circuit & Packaging (ACP) Business is seeking a talented Quality Engineer to lead and enhance our raw material and supplier quality management programs.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality for materials used in ACP production while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

What You’ll Do Lead & Execute Quality Programs – Drive quality initiatives aligned with ACP Business Quality Strategy to support customer satisfaction and business growth.

Supplier Quality Management – Work closely with suppliers and tollers to ensure compliance with Du Pont’s quality expectations through audits, technical meetings, and site visits.

Raw Material Quality Control – Define and maintain critical process control parameters for raw materials in collaboration with vendors.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement – Analyze material quality failures, lead root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with global and site teams to drive quality-related projects and initiatives.

Management of Change (MOC) – Lead internal and external MOC processes to ensure seamless transitions in materials and processes.

What We’re Looking For ~10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), supplier audits, and process control parameters.

Experience working with raw materials, suppliers, and contract manufacturers is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for continuous improvement.

Ability to collaborate across functions and drive quality initiatives in a dynamic environment.
