Your Role
In your daily job you will:
Drive continuous improvement in quality performance, focusing on key metrics such as FTQ (First Time Quality) and Co PQ (Cost of Poor Quality).Establish, update, and standardize quality procedures and work instructions to ensure consistent quality output.Analyze root causes of quality issues through data analysis, problem-solving tools, and cross-functional collaboration.Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues.Lead preparation for internal and external quality audits; respond to audit findings and ensure timely implementation of improvement measures.Collaborate with production, engineering, and supplier teams to resolve quality-related problems and improve process capability.Monitor and report quality performance trends, providing actionable insights to management.Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality or process improvement.Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools (such as 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.), and statistical analysis.Experience with FTQ, Co PQ improvement projects and audit processes.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills.Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standards is preferred.Why join us?
