Overall Objectives of the Position Act as plant automation lead for new investment project in S.
Korea for Life Science.
The candidate will be responsible for automation function from design, installation till commissioning, qualification, start-up, and future plant operation Main Tasks Responsible of the implementation of site projects, leading or participating in them, contributing with your automation knowledge for the new Life Science Campus.
Interact with cross-functional groups.
Responsible for the systems integration in the OT infrastructure, fostering IT/OT collaboration.
Support other areas in troubleshooting, give support to manufacturing operations as part of the day-to-day routine and you maintain & improve the site´s systems and processes.
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Define and maintain SOPs and other GMP documentation of automation systems for inspection readiness.
Collaborate with EHS and Quality Departments, to implement and sustain safety and quality culture in the site.
Interact with Global Automation, following the standards and guidelines, to assure the Digital Transformation. Who you are: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Automation/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, etc. Working Experience: +3 years automation design/maintenance experience.
Knowledge of c GMP and occupational safety Knowledge of GAMP-5 regulations Experience within Biopharma Plant Technical & Professional Knowledge: Experience of working with PLC such as Siemens (TIA Portal) or Allen Bradley (Studio 5000) Experience of working with HMI such as Siemens (TIA Portal/Win CC) or Allen Bradley (Factory Talk)Experience of PCS (Process Control System), and DCS (Distributed Control Systems)Experience of working with SCADAs, Virtual Machines, Industrial Communications, Databases, etc.

Experience of designing instrumentation & installation coordination.
Knowledge of MES, Data Historian and Cybersecurity to be preferred.
Good knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure and equipment connectivity (networks, active directory, backup & restore.)Knowledge of IWS (Integrated Weighing System) and connection to Network Organizational and teamwork skills to work in an environment with changing priorities.
Ability to manage projects.
Ability to work effectively across the matrix organization interacting with global colleagues, design company, equipment vendor and cross functional teams.
Good command in English and Korean in writing and speaking.
Strong coordination, analytical, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skill.
High troubleshooting ability Good customer focus and teamwork coordination Experienced in MS Office software and database software.
