Job Posting: Business Line Manager (Semiconductor Division)Mission: The Business Line Manager is responsible for maintaining sustainable growth in the semiconductor business.

This involves developing effective sales strategies and building strong organizations, including sales, sales coordination, applications, and technical support teams.

Additionally, the Business Line Manager establishes strong relationships with high-level customers to communicate Edwards’ value, ensuring continuous business growth aligned with the Semiconductor Division’s goals.

Main Responsibilities: Define annual sales revenue and market penetration targets in collaboration with the CC Korea General Manager.

Develop sales strategies for CC Semi and drive implementation activities to achieve business growth aligned with divisional and local strategies.

Manage sales teams to successfully complete each Semi customer project—from internal price negotiations to customer liaison until delivery.

Coordinate supporting resources for CC Semi, including application support teams and regional product managers, to facilitate effective communication between sales and divisional teams.

Regularly communicate with and report to the Semi Division President and key stakeholders regarding Semiconductor customers, EKL business, and regional competitors’ status.

Oversee all regional activities of CC marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and generate sales opportunities.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Over 10 years experience of sales, marketing and/or territory management in semiconductor and display markets Clear understanding of semiconductor/display manufacturing processes, product technology and market situations Degree level qualification in material engineering, electronics or chemistry Strong communication skill / Excellent written and spoken English Good presentation skills / Proficient in MS office (Excel, PPT, Word)Atlascopco aims to achieve sustainable and profitable growth by strategically positioning itself in the global market.
