Description Location: The role is based in the Re-Use Center Korea at ASML Korea, Hwasung Main responsibilities are: Leveraging the ASML knowledge and CS background to lead the projects to develop repair solutions for the parts that failed in the system Driving to achieve Target KPI on project developments Planning and managing multiple projects with investments simultaneously (Manpower, Budget, Time and others) based on project priorities Leading projects to ensure on-track progress and communicating with stakeholders (Reuse central team, LRC Operation team, Sourcing, DE)Leading to mitigate project risks through stakeholder alignments and to develop solutions for project problems Ensuring projects to assure repair quality through development completeness Managing the project life cycle from Feasibility review to Volume manufacturing Ensuring to deliver project outputs (Bo M, 12nc creation and other Deliverables) from a project completion Collaborating with Re-Use central to find development opportunities as an execution level Supporting rollout of local repair activities in WW such as Taiwan, China and others Education and Experience Master or bachelor in technical subject, with project management skills7+ years experience in semiconductor industry and proven experience within project management Stakeholder management in a complex organizational structure Relationships with internal and external partners Personal skills Project management skills Multi-disciplinary & multi-cultural understanding, values differences and to be able to bridge between different departments and people Capable to deal with a broad range of technical subject matters Strong technical leadership in part repair and testing to improve the quality Focused on quality, continuous improvement with cost-reduction mindset Highly motivated team player with good social and communication skills To be flexible and enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment Good verbal and written language skills in English Diversity and inclusion ASML is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
