The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) organization is a centralized department that is responsible for CRE activities worldwide, serving more than 40,000 employees.
Role and responsibilities
As part of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team, the Soft Service Manager will be responsible for the work environment and facilities that support the needs of employees and help the business achieve its strategy and objectives across the CRE Korea region. (S)he aligns the needs of businesses, people, technology and culture to create inspiring environments that foster innovation and collaboration. It would be mainly focused on providing ASML with adaptable, sustainable and fit-for-purpose facilities and services that can meet the company’s plans for further growth.
In collaboration with the Procurement & Sourcing team, (S)he translate company and business demand into a CRE strategy and CRE programs to guarantee smooth business continuity. (S)he drive continuous improvement with performance-driven supplier, focusing on understanding the specific needs of departments and finding the most appropriate solution to support ways of working.
As part of the Projects team, (s)he will contribute to continuously improve the asset management standards and methods, aligning with company strategies, business roadmaps to ensure facilities meet functional needs, allow flexibility, scalability in the future. (S)he will report to CRE Soft Service manager.
Job description
Manage and coordinate suppliers to provide the most appropriate solutions for the work environment. This mainly focuses on (but not limited to); Evaluate contracts and agreements with performance review Develop SLA’s and KPI’s for improvement Manage the cost forecast and budgeting process Translate the global policies for related services and review upon proposals of suppliers on how they want to achieve the objectives and fill in their services and processes. Coordinate and support workplace services delivery. The Services include (but not limited to) cleaning, food services and company cafeteria, parking and commuting, office supplies management, Moves, Adds, Changes, space & occupancy planning, building/electrical/mechanical maintenance, security and access control management. Respond to employee inquires and concerns promptly with timely and qualified service delivery. Manage a complex and large field of stakeholders inside/outside ASML in order to maintain/implement demands into program and services to secure employee/customer satisfaction Monitor facilities related spending against budget/forecast with adherence to the approved budget. This includes (but not limited to); Perform tracking and analysis of the operation cost Maintain required reports for cost control Ensure invoicing and billing for the services Manage and review the operational cost (soft services and housing related) throughout short and long term planning and allocation of the budget. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and experience
Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, Real Estate & Facility Management. 10 ~ 13 years of relevant work experience. Semi industry preferred. Preferably experienced Facility management, Contract and supplier management, Cost control and planning.

Strongly results-orientated with a corresponding sense of responsibility; directs work and ensures accountability. Fluent in spoken and written English.
