Leading Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Key Responsibilities

·Design of analog/digital circuits and PCB for electronic medical devices.

·Design, development, and performance testing of DC stepping motor drivers.

·Firmware development and embedded system optimization.

·Performance/safety testing and report writing according to standards such as IEC 60601.

·Research and application of new technologies.

·Data collection for performance analysis and deriving improvement measures.

·Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality.

·Writing and maintaining technical documentation.

·Defining new hardware development roles and establishing workflows.

·Support team restructuring or the formation of new teams.

·Research and introduction of new design tools, test equipment, and electronic components.

Qualifications

·Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field (Master's/Ph. D. preferred)

·Over 3 years of experience in hardware development for electronic medical devices

·Proficiency in analog/digital circuit and PCB design

·Understanding of C/C++ or embedded programming

·Experience in defining new roles, organizational changes, or introducing new tools/materials

·Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

·Experience in embedded systems and firmware development

·Experience in designing DC stepping motor drivers and algorithms

·Experience in SMPS or X-ray generator design

·Experience with PCB design tools like Altium Designer

·Experience with STM, Renesas microcontroller development

·Experience in safety, EMC certification, and debugging

·Understanding of medical device approval processes

·Leadership experience in team rebuilding or organizational restructuring

·Experience in leading the introduction of new tools/materials

·Ability to write and communicate in English
