Our Client is a global leading Manufacturing Company.  The optimal candidate is someone who can manage customers and strengthen relationships with partners while conducting auto parts sales for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors and will provide coaching and leadership to those on the sales team.

This role will motivate and guide the team towards reaching all sales goals.

He/she will assign territories, report to senior Sales leadership on achievements, and mentor the junior sales team members.

This person will also display tremendous leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and proven negotiating skills.

Establish and execute sales strategies by analyzing market trends Perform new customer discovery and existing customer management tasks.

Evaluate performance through writing and analyzing sales performance reports Requirements: Bachelor degree, Sales experience in the automotive parts industry Those with at least 3 years of domestic HKMC and Tier 1 sales experience Only junior managers can apply Preference will be given to those with HKMC-related work experience.
