In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Be responsible for managing project from the receipt of order to delivery Lead technical discussions and engineering status review with the customers Directly execute T2 projects Fulfill proper documentation requirements for orders (ex, IWO) based on customers' requirements Prepare Key vendor documents, data sheets and ITP Conduct technical meetings, order processing and project inspection Manage Document Submittal Schedule/status, Record Document Status including email/Letter, etc. for in/output Report a status/progress of Engineering/Document/Manufacturing/Testing/Customer Design to the management Forecast Monthly sales plan to the management and meet the target Achieve and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring Engineering Quality and Product Delivery Perform other relevant tasks and duties assigned by project manager Follow Emerson business procedures and comply with Emerson business ethics Meet the Global PMO standards and procedures Who You Are:You have a supervision role when assigned to specific taskforce. You direct and manage assigned after-sales services to customers, including diagnosis, upgrades, scale-up, start-up & commissioning, installation, maintenance, repairing, training, and Plant MRO/parts. You need to take a leading role working under close supervision. Ensures accountability: Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Communicates effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. For This Role, You Will Need: Degree in Engineering or other related fields Over 3-5 years’ s experience in technical/industrial environment Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people Good communication skills in both Korean and English Good interpersonal skills Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations, and working under pressure Traveling is s part of the job as required.
