PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The incumbent will support and coordinate all marketing related activities in the Vascular Intervention Unit to establish a reputation of excellence for BIOTRONIK.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Support to register, organize and facilitate local/regional/international congresses and conferences, as well as related meetings and events for BIOTRONIK.

Manages the logistics of the set-up and the implementation of marketing program or activities.

Communicates within the Company/team to understand and satisfy objectives of the programs or activities or projects congress, tradeshows.

Implements local congress activities as per instruction from the relevant managers.

Attends activities’ site for duration of activities ( congress/conference) as well as days for set up and tear down.

Books hotels and meeting rooms, flights arrangement, manages external vendors, arranges meals, meeting room layout, audio-visual equipment, invitations, etc.

Supports Marketing team on facilitating the events/meetings etc.

Supports development of marketing materials including brochures, invitations, mail-outs, newsletters, conference reports, and website.

Support and drive market-specific strategies that accelerate Vascular Intervention Unit’s growth.

Translate content of clinical information into understandable effective messages and best practices.

Adapt and enhance marketing materials for country-specific requirements.

Support KOL development and engagement activities such as proctorships and preceptorship programs.

Support digital marketing strategies, including online marketing, digital content, physician database tracking as well as internal digital platforms.

Coordinates customer invitation solicitations, advanced and onsite registration, and post-event follow-up and evaluations Source for available venues and recommends event sites; investigates, selects, negotiates and manages services with vendors including catering and event support.

Manage all pre-event planning, , organizing guest speakers and delegate packs.

Produce post-event evaluation for future improvements.

Taking minutes and follow up on discussions.

Any other ad-hoc projects/scope within marketing as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or medical science field or equivalent.

Fluent in local and English language.

Experience: 0 to 5 years’ experience in medical device or pharmaceutical market.

Strong communication skills and able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and to customers.

Inspiring and energetic personality traits.

Objective and task oriented.

Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point.

Structured, an eye for detail and logical thinking.
