Job Posting: Marketing Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing strategies and drive growth through innovative campaigns.
This role requires a deep understanding of social media, event planning, digital content marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and implement global social media strategies across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube.
Stay current with the latest social media trends and leverage them for growth.
Use data-driven insights to inform strategies, experiment with content, and measure campaign success.
Manage content marketing projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality deliverables.
Lead brand localization and digital content marketing planning for multiple global accounts.
Oversee paid media creation and operations across various platforms (SEO, Naver Blog, Social Media, News Media, Other Various Channels).
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-centric adjustments as needed.
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital social media posts, email campaigns, print collateral, and advertisements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in university settings, planning offline marketing events.
Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute influencer-facing events from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Source and manage vendors, conduct venue site visits, and coordinate event logistics.
Assist in developing event strategy and creative concepts.
Create visually engaging presentation decks outlining event strategies and approaches.
Develop event collateral, including invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify potential influencers and collaborators to amplify key messages and expand audience reach.
Assist in the execution of planned collaborations and partnerships.
Required Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing digital marketing channels or a similar role.
Expertise in analysis, reporting, and driving insights through analytical thinking.
Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Effective executive communication skills in both written and verbal formats in Korean and English.
Native proficiency in Korean; fluency in English is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Familiarity with the Naver platform.
Skills and Attributes: Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical understanding.
Self-motivated and inquisitive with a proactive approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage SEM campaigns.
Interest and experience in digital content marketing (SEO, search, display, video, social media, data analytics).
Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
