HRBP & TA Manager, E-commerce Position This position is responsible for finding, recruiting and hiring market talents in line with the business needs, and in charge of planning and developing talent acquisition strategy for the company and build a strong business partnership with E-Commerce leads to identify any opportunities to improve. Job responsibilities Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies to meet organizational staffing goals Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Proactively identify and source appropriate candidates using various recruiting channels and build a strong talent pipeline for future needs Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements and provide guidance in making effective hiring decisions Collaborate with E-Commerce & CSC leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with and support the organization’s objectives Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters, providing guidance and support during organizational changes and transformation initiatives Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication and providing feedback in a timely manner Promote and strengthen the company’s employer brand by participating in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other talent marketing initiatives Monitor new joiners to ensure seamless onboarding and conduct exit interviews and review to gather feedback and identify areas for development Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring equal opportunity for all candidates Profile Over 10 years of experience of direct sourcing, full-cycle recruiting and HRBP roles within dynamic fast-paced environments Bachelor’s degree or above in management or other related majors Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment methodologies Organized creative strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach from hiring to onboarding Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence internal and external clients Strong social networking with existing and potential clients Retail and luxury fashion experience is preferred
