As the face of the brand and the indispensable consultant to On Premise territory, the Key Account Specialist is responsible for driving both the current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio in key accounts.
You will plan, develop, and execute measures to intensify consumption with existing On Premise Key Account customers, and identify opportunities to win and activate Key Accounts in new playgrounds as well as managing relevant Wholesaler.
RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners (including, but not limited to, KA buyers/managers, F&B managers, distribution partners, etc.).
Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network.
Be seen as the credible, reliable, and knowledgeable face of the Red Bull in the On Premise.
Know your national account landscape like the back of your hand.
Develop local customer strategies in line with the national business strategy and create innovative measures in order to achieve your goals.
Align with HQ on international key accounts.
Master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities (accounts, occasions, consumers).
Establish P&L for each key account in line with the national strategy and manage Co-work with Musketeer, wholesalers and other stakeholders to deliver Look Like Number One execution of Red Bull brand image and drive consumption at KA events/festivals.
Build and maintain long-lasting collaborations with key stakeholders.
Negotiate win/win partnership agreements that add value to both the Red Bull business and customer's business.
Leverage your impressive communication, sales, and marketing ability to keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise.
Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions at which Red Bull should be present (brand, product).
Maximize the performance of existing customers through effective business planning.
Acquire new KA customers in the Korean market.
Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull and the customer’s business.
Ensure excellence in execution at the customer level by leveraging cross-functional resources, such as the Musketeer team and Consumer Collecting team & supporting DP/ KA Manager.
Manage agreed budget forecasts and expenditures for each account, monitor customer performance and ROI, and implement corrective actions if needed.5+ years sales experience (beverage industry preferred)Previous experience in Key Account Management (preferred)Outstanding and successful track record of accomplishments in sales and trade marketing, leading, managing and motivating Field Sales Forces Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability and skills to effectively sell and negotiate Entrepreneurial approach and mindset, highly developed analytical skills Ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies Strong planning, prioritization and organizational ability Bachelor Degree or equivalent Fluency in English & Korea, both written & verbal Travel 40-50%On Premise Key Account Specialist - with Distribution Partner Red Bull Giving wiiings to people and ideas since 1987 In the 1980s Dietrich Mateschitz developed a formula known as the Red Bull Energy Drink.
