We operate via a fully remote/distributed international team and are looking to hire ambitious, independent problem solvers across multiple functions to support our business growth.

The Role This is an exciting role where you will build a portfolio of clients who are looking to accelerate their growth by building borderless teams.

This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment.

Your responsibilities will include: Identifying and researching potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and other channels to build a pipeline of qualified leads.

Initiating contact with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce Snaphunt and generate interest.

Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our ICP and identify potential sales opportunities.

Actively engaging in consultative selling, understanding customer needs, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, strategy, and target customer profiles.

Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.

Updating the CRM to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups.

Ideal Profile You have at least 2 years of experience in B2 B Sales / business development / lead generation roles, preferably within ATS/EOR platform sales, with an exceptional track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Any prior experience in recruitment / HR tech /Consulting industry is a strong plus You are a natural problem solver and a strong business advisor with demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization You are self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
