Key Responsibilities As a Sales Account Manager in our Food Division, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales presence within the APAC region for our Supply Chain Food Safety and Agricultural business units.
Developing and growing customer relationships to establish key accounts.
Splitting time between face-to-face interactions (50%) and transactional activities (50%).
Collaborating with business units to deliver and complete strategic projects.
Creating sales plans and forecasts for the Territory/Program, analyzing local market needs, and partnering with marketing on targeted strategy execution.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a focus on expanding business offerings beyond quality assurance.
Demonstrating deep knowledge of account planning, territory management, and industry-specific expertise.
Managing a sales pipeline and ensuring all sales administration tasks are current in Salesforce CRM.
Key Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required.
Proven knowledge and experience in account planning and territory management.
Proficiency in selling a diverse product portfolio and CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
Experience with direct selling, managing quotas, and maintaining forecast accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Preferably 3-5 years of sales experience in the Food or Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
Willingness and ability to travel as required for the role.
