Key Responsibilities: - As a team of customer services, ensure to provide excellent service to our users - Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer support operations - Monitor user satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve user issues and escalations - Analyze customer support data and provide insights to improve our services - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Fluent in Chinese and Korean - Experience in the CS/CX field is a plus
