Job Purpose:
This position assumes responsibilities of leading the development of F&BP e-business in particular e-market place channel by: setting up a clear roadmap not only e-business channel but also the entire digital ecosystem to accelerate the sales development of an existing platform & identify new opportunities - building strong & long term partnerships with operators to get analytics and customer data - building a winning mindset across different departments (communication, marketing, e-business, CX teams in the head office) - working in close collaboration with Global & Regional teams to develop new initiatives and relevant assets – planning & monitoring budget of e-marketplace activities as well as P&L – planning & execution by understanding of external touchpoints and customer journey for acceleration not only business figures but also customer data acquisition and utilization
Key Responsibilities: Planning e-marketplace budget & campaign roll-out plan
Build up insight of brand online customer, propose digital marketing strategy to division & corporate team based on the e-marketplace analysis
Create and develop innovative initiative for sustainable growth of e-marketplace
Communicate with Global & Regional team about e-marketplace campaign and project plan
Preparing launch phase for e-marketplace boost up & omni-channel activation
Collaborate with CX team to set up e-marketplace member acquisition and retention plan, drive project for luxury customer and omni-journey experience
Closely work with paid & owned media team to draw seamless digital client journey within e-marketplace platform
Monitor the data to define the strategies to increase client value
Monitor the data to plan on segmentation and set the target to engage with e-marketplace customers
Role Specifications: University graduate (or equivalent)
W ork Experience +3-year experience in online MD, CRM, E-Retail or E-Commerce (luxury/beauty/online platform)
Hands-on experience and familiar with Digital Marketing
Experience working with cross-functional & Global team
Required Competencies Strong business analysis and problem-solving skill
Ability to lead and deliver result in a competitive, fast-evolving environment
Digital mindset and omni-channel customer behavior understanding
Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
Strong negotiation skill
