The MKT Support Administrator will be working closely for Korea marketing and event team to support on customer data, program and admin tasks. In this role, you will… Overall administrative and data extraction support Sample/collaterals management including record keeping and shipping Sales related data tracking, dashboard management Internal documentation process management for collaterals, etc. Support on contracting & documentation on consumer programs Support on vendor creation system and payment process Support Sales/Clinical event In this role, you’ll need … Willing to travel up to 30% of working hours, sometimes over weekends for conferences or events. Willing to work in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment. Good analytical skills, to digest data analytics & MS Power Bi. Customer-centric mindset to support sales activities Organized, time management/deadlines, good communication. Ability to handle multiple assignments Good in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Bachelor’s Degree Basic English language proficiency (reading and writing) Additional: 1+1 years term (contingent) contract with the potential to be converted to a permanent position based on performance.
