KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibility 1 – PR Support and execute PR plans and programs aligned with the corporate image and overall marketing strategy to maximize brand publicity Plan and coordinate editorial and media exposure opportunities Develop the press release for products and brand activities to generate impactful publicity Compile and submit monthly clipping & project clipping report to HQ Build and maintain strong relationships with press, stylist and other key PR stakeholders Collaborate closely with the PR agency to ensure quality, on-brand execution in all activities Key responsibility 2 – Celebrities & KOLs Assist in the planning and execution of celebrity & influencer marketing initiatives Manage and control PR samples by co-working with the PR agency Oversee PPL and product gifting for celebrities/influencers Key responsibility 3 – Media Support media planning and execution across print, OOH, DOOH and digital channels by understanding market needs, following HQ guidelines, and ensuring effective local-level execution Key responsibility 4 – PR/Communication Admin Manage all of PR administrative processes Operate SAP system for PO and stock transfers Requirements 3 – 5 years of experience in PR/Communication Fluent English skill both written and spoken Proficient in Microsoft program skill BA degree or above Experience on relationship with media, influencers, partners
