Job Description Summary: Through in-depth product knowledge, provides both pre-sales and post-sales technical support to the company's sales staff and customers.

May provide support in a pre-sales through post-sales capacity, such as product capability assessment, installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and upgrades.

Provides, presents, and interprets design, application, and service information in a variety of situations, including complex requirements and negotiations.

Develops product specifications and applications usable by a specific customer and explores the business feasibility of general marketing.

Responsibilities Onsite Key customers software development supports, includes system debugging, testing, and failure analysis Regulator Key customers activities reporting / communications with US Headquarter Required Experience and Skills 10+ audio / consumer electronics, software development including Home Audio system, Soundbars, Wireless Audio, Headphone, etc applications Solid C/C++, Python programming skill Excellent communications skill in English on both speaking and writing Desired Experience and Skills Experience in Audio DSP (Hi Fi Core), Wireless audio system (2.4 G, 5 G, BT) will be a bonus Familiar with audio system performance parameters, testing, and basic operation on Audio Precision Candidates with less experience could be considered as Application Engineer
