Description The quota credit and territory management team provides support to the Global Field Sales organization by working collaboratively with Sales Management to define and detail territory rules within a sophisticated global sales channel model.

This activity facilitates appropriate transparency of accounts in CRM and ensures accurate & timely incentive payout to Field Sales employees and agents.

You will act as business liaison to translate Sales/Business Models into detailed territory rules to ensure quota credit readiness in Agilent ERP (IBM/ICM) systems at high automation rate, processing of quota credit programs, territory updates and maintenance in SAP for CRM, and other activities that result in continued improved and efficient processes/systems/tools.

This also includes supervising processes to ensure business controls are adequate and working on month-end activities.

You will be the trusted partner for sales management related to performance period set up process twice a year.

The position requires flexibility in work hours and has monthly, quarterly and semiannual peak times.

Analytical and logical thinking skills are required along with track record of data cleansing and data mining.

Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.

Typically 4+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.

Self-directed Global player & team player Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to balance the need for attention to detail with being able to consider the “big picture”Excellent presentation skills and communication skills.

Strong project management capabilities to ensure appropriate monitoring of deadlines along with disciplined delivery of results.

Commercial acumen: Sound understanding of Agilent sales channel model & Quota Credit principles Profound expertise in Sales compensation operations Expertise of ICM, SAP order management and CRM Sales & Marketing processes Advanced Proficiency in Excel Languages: English fluent and any other language is a plus.
