The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Field Marketing Manager/Senior Manager to plan, project-manage, execute, and optimize our demand-generation activities, events, and campaigns. In this role, you will create localized brand awareness and visibility for our solutions and support regional pipeline goals. You will work closely with Sales, Strategy, Product teams, and your fellow marketers in a dynamic and rapidly growing market.What You'll DoPlan, project manage, and successfully execute regionally targeted marketing campaigns that include but are not limited to: demand generation campaigns/nurture programs, user events, industry tradeshows, partner events, webinars, executive roundtables, content syndication, and social mediaEnsure alignment between marketing plans by product and sales plans by regionWrite on-message campaign copy (including landing pages, emails, and social posts) that drives high engagement and conversionWork closely with sales teams to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accountsResponsible for lead processing, submissions, and tracking of campaign performanceManage and liaison with local marketing suppliers, vendors, event organizers, and translation agenciesKeep current and knowledgeable of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities in the regionMeasure campaign effectiveness based on appropriate KPIs, obtain valuable, data-driven insights, and present program results to regional and product team leadsWork cross-functionally across the marketing organization, aligning with product, sales, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programsRequirements8+ years of experience in demand generation/field marketing within B2B enterprises that the offering includes software applicationsExperience running demand gen campaigns and customer campaignsIntegrated marketing program planning, execution, and reporting experienceProven ability to build relationships and collaborate with a number of stakeholders, including sales, subject matter experts, services, and product teamsUnderstanding of complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makersHands-on, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative, strategic thinker, and analyticalStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time with excellent attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skills, including experience copywriting for email, landing pages, and social media campaigns in both Korean and EnglishProven ability to excel in a dynamic environment is extremely importantStrong team player with a positive attitudeBachelor’s degree requiredNice to HaveExperience with Salesforce and Marketo preferredExperience in a high-growth software or technology companyPerks & BenefitsWork anywhere policyAllocations for Continuous Learning & DevelopmentAllocations for Health and FitnessAllocations for Charitable Giving ProgramsVeeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
