Key Responsibilities
• Define & iterate marketing strategy focusing on the entire funnel and customer journey.
• Generate sales leads for Enterprise sales teams through online and offline activities and utilize various marketing tools to automate/optimize the lead generation process.
• Manage, optimize, and grow paid acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, Linked In, etc) and identify new channels.
• Set up data-driven growth initiatives—with experimentation—throughout the entire funnel/customer journey—from visit all the way to conversions.
• Work closely with other product engineering, sales and customer experience teams to obtain meaningful results aligned with business objectives.

Key Requirements
• 5+ years of marketing experience in a startup and B2 B/Enterprise Saa S setting.
• 3+ years of people management experience including performance evaluation.
• Fluent English and Korean communication skills(writing and verbal).
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales process and growth metrics.
• Highly proficient with marketing and data tools (e.g., Common Room, Zoom Info, Drip, Unbounce, etc.) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).
