Key Responsibilities Engage in all stages of engineering projects, from design to testing, focusing on the integration of electronic systems used in semiconductor production Define the technical needs and constraints for new products, source appropriate materials, and conduct performance optimizations through testing Oversee engineering changes, manage documentation related to the project, and ensure adherence to company procedures and standards Assist with production processes by identifying issues, offering solutions, and helping implement product enhancements Conduct analysis of mechanical component failures, determine their causes, and propose necessary corrective actions Adhere to engineering protocols, including defining specifications, testing prototypes, and supporting transitions to production or field deployment Ensure all design outputs and solutions are well-documented and aligned with business processes for formal release Collaborate with engineering teams from other locations to exchange technical knowledge and support the transfer of new technologies Take on additional tasks as assigned by managers to meet business requirements Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering major)Strong experience in automation design, including motorized systems and pneumatics Proficiency in load analysis, automation component selection (e.g., bearings, linear guides), and design optimization Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, material selection, welding, and heat treatment Knowledge of MTBF and FMEA is a plus Proficient in Solid Works, Inventor, CATIA, or similar 3 D CAD software Knowledge of drafting standards, including GD&T and industry norms Problem-solving ability/attitude Ability to travel locally and internationally as required Business level of English communication skill
