You will take a market-back approach — developing a deep understanding of the Korean advertising landscape, identifying industry growth pools and top advertisers, and designing actionable strategies to win market share and accelerate sustainable revenue growth.

This role requires strong data analytics skills to identify and prioritize organizational growth levers, solve pain points, make a sound judgement for critical business decision, partner closely with cross-functional leaders. This person should have strategic thinking capabilities, be detail-oriented, proactive, able to wear multiple hats, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. Responsibilities
- Translate monetization strategy into executable commercial levers, including sales motions, incentive structures, product prioritization, and go-to-market plays. Provide leadership with clear visibility into business performance through rigorous analysis, KPI tracking, and business reviews.
- Develop a holistic view of the Korean advertising market, including competitive dynamics, major industry verticals, and top accounts. Identify priority industries and key advertisers, and formulate account-level and vertical-level strategies to increase share-of-wallet and drive revenue growth. Conduct comprehensive external research on competitors, industry and macro movements, to enable the business to identify market trends, growth opportunities, and key value drivers effectively.
- Own revenue forecasting and target-setting frameworks, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and financial outcomes. Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue impact, track performance, and measure effectiveness of strategic programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Korea and APAC to ensure effective cooperation on key initiatives including new business launches in Korea.
- Identify structural gaps in policies, processes, incentives, and systems that may hinder monetization, and drive scalable improvements. Success in this role means turning market insight into scalable monetization engines — not just strategy recommendations.
