About the Role Supports middle-office functions within the Asset Management Division, ensuring accurate settlement, reporting, and risk management for various investment instruments.
[담당 업무]
1. Settlement for Investment Instruments and book closing
- Instruct and settle the transactions through Investment system.
- Create accounts and portfolios for Investment.
- Manage and assess the collateral for the derivatives.
- Confirm and identify erratic price movements for the security with front office.
- Reconcile the balance of holdings and cash.
2. OTC Derivative Operations
- CCS Daily MTM valuations and positions update for internal and external parties.
- Create and manage TR(Trading Repositories) for reporting to local FSS.
- Manage the report for Hedge effectiveness.
3. Managing the data and Reporting to regulator etc.
- Monthly and Quarterly investment data update for IC Meeting & CEO Meeting
- Produce overall reports for preparation of financial statement
- Report and monitor the alternative investment and the act of insurance.
- Respond to external and internal requests.
- Confirm and identify overall payments.
4. Establishment of “the Policy” and “the Procedure”
- Support the policy and procedure set up and adherence.
5. Risk Management for Investment Procedure
- Support risk control design / assessment of the Operational and Financial risk
[자격 요건]
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 (both verbal and written)
- 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력
**우대 사항
- 자산운용업무 오퍼레이션 관련 경험 1년 이상 혹은 자산 운용 관련 자격증 소지자
