1. Position : Operations Buyer
2. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sourcing and audits for new raw materials, components, and suppliers
- Supplier Management
Identify and develop new suppliers, including supply chain risk management
Manage leased assets such as molds and equipment
Oversee comprehensive supplier QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance
Cost Management
Analyze cost structures and develop optimal cost strategies
Plan and execute cost‑down initiatives
Manage pricing changes, including negotiation and adjustment based on design changes and raw material price fluctuations
Prepare supplier‑related reports and materials for management review
3. Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (4‑year degree)
Experience: 7–15 years of relevant work experience
Hands‑on purchasing experience in the automotive industry or automotive parts manufacturing industry (required)
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; basic drafting skills
4. Preferred Qualifications
Foreign language skills: English or Chinese proficiency
Experience in global sourcing
Work experience with automotive OEMs or Tier‑1 suppliers
