Operations Manager TEAM OVERVIEW Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) is a global team supporting the delivery of Quality Verification for all EA Game Development Studios.
We're looking for an Operations Manager, reporting to the Head of East Asia QV, partnering with Asia QV leaders and global operations teams, to help plan and control of our operational activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES Assist and work with Head of East Asia QV to provide necessary oversight and support in the execution of Asia QV Business Unit(BU) daily operational responsibilities, quarterly forecast process, analyze operations metrics and resources Work on BU operations directions, strategy ensuring the understanding of QVS goals and priorities with BU leaders.
Be a subject matter expert of Asia QV operations while leading BU projects, and responsible for Asia QV Risk strategy and mitigation.
Facilitate BU main conversations, workshops (Goals management, partner reviews, town halls) in partnership with BU leaders and teams.
Use data and business insights to guide decision-making across our business.
Identify opportunities for improvement within our essential processes and operating workflows, align with BU leaders, partners, and implement.
Partner with the BU leaders to understand and track headcount across resource types with a focus on financial impact (operating spending, budgets, target), project assignments, demand requirements, identify opportunities for improvements.
Partner with global QVS Operations network and develop relationships with all partners.
QUALIFICATIONS English communication skills in proficient level Experience using data and business expertise to inform decisions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail.
Develop measurements that track discipline performance, delivery, and financial status to find and address core risks to our business and partner teams.
Experience with process improvement, reporting and automation tools.
Proficient change management skills.
The ability to track, model, address risks and present information in engaging ways.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in operations management or a related field.
