This job position shall be based at ON Semiconductor Bucheon, Korea Office but not limited this area by the company depend.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategically source and procure Materials, MRO products and services for wafer fab and other department s at the optimum cost, best quality and delivery.

Manage & develop supplier to ensure products are received in a cost-effective manner.

Work with other Corporate sites looking for better cost effective opportunity.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Familiarity with Purchasing agreement, contracts, sourcing and vendor management.

Good cross-border project coordination Must be independent, dynamic and able to work with minimum supervision.

Possess good analytical and communication skills; capable of demonstrating optimism; good interaction and negotiation skills; no bias and no discrimination attitude.

Thorough understanding of company policies especially code of conduct.

Take leadership in supplier management and able to perform hard negotiation but to be fair and ethical with suppliers.

The person must be a self-starter with proactive initiatives, focus and determine, and a team-player that is able to support business directions.

S/he must be results driven.

Good computer user particularly, in Excel, Power-point and ERP Familiarity.
