Lead projects to enhance manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and develop innovative solutions. Manage production processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and digital transformation solutions. Oversee NPI (New Product Introduction) for semiconductor chemical processes, utilizing process design modeling and simulation tools. Troubleshoot process issues, manage quality control, and mentor team members.
