The Position The person in this position is expected to develop local product marketing strategy of Growth Hormone Disorder (all related products) and facilitate launch and sales execution as well as follow-up on the marketing programs with internal and external stakeholders, working to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
Key Accountabilities: Strategic planning and execution Design the product marketing plan, ensuring alignment with the planning process.
Propose the product marketing budget and manage it efficiently, ensuring effective spending investment to maximize return on investment for Novo Nordisk.
Ensure that the launch plan is in place and develop the product campaign and sales force promotional materials.
Closely monitor performance of responsible portfolio and identify ways to improve business performance Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing plans for new and existing products, including in-depth market research, sales and profit forecasting, and pricing strategies.
Customer engagement and market intelligence Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
Gain a thorough understanding of the Korean market, collect and interpret market intelligence, and manage industry trends.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in Sales, Medical to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing plans, sales campaigns, and product distribution.
Lead assigned tasks and projects with key stakeholders Sales and marketing coordination: Coordinate with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tools.
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including scientific events such as symposium and webinars Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for MR Qualifications: 2~5 years commercial experience (sales / marketing or related) in pharmaceutical industry or related field, together with graduate level degree (i.e.
Bachelor's degree and/or above) Global Pharmaceutical MNC is a plus and fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Proactive with entrepreneurial qualities and an agile spirit, open and flexible attitude to fast changing environment.
