The position In this role, you will be in charge of developing the local product marketing strategy for Growth Hormone Disorder (including all related products), and overseeing the launch and sales execution.
Additionally, you will be tasked with following up on marketing programs with internal and external stakeholders, working to achieve short- and long-term business goals.
Furthermore, you will be also involved in managing the marketing strategy for a future rare endocrinology therapy area.
The position’s key accountabilities are: Strategic planning and execution: Develop and manage Novo Nordisk’s product marketing plan, ensuring budget efficiency and return on investment maximization.
Oversee the launch plan, create campaigns, and sales materials.
Monitor the performance of portfolio and identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct market analysis to assess trends and competition.
Strong support in creating marketing plans for new and existing products, incorporating market research, sales forecasting, and pricing strategies.
Customer engagement and market intelligence: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers and gain a thorough understanding of the Korean market.
Collect and interpret market intelligence, and manage industry trends.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in Sales and Medical to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing plans, sales campaigns, and product distribution.
Take the lead on assigned tasks and projects with key stakeholders Sales and marketing coordination: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tools.
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including scientific events such as symposiums and webinars.
Additionally, develop training materials and conduct training sessions for Medical Representatives.
Qualifications Min.
2 years of marketing in global pharmaceutical company is a must Total 5-7 years of commercial experience (sales/marketing, CE or related field) in the pharmaceutical industry are expected; Also open to candidates with blended industry experience across healthcare sector (including Global pharma, Global consumer healthcare companies) Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential and experiences in global Multinational corporation (MNC) is mandatory Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams; Proactive with entrepreneurial qualities and an agile spirit, demonstrating an open and flexible attitude in a fast-changing environment.; Strong project and time management skills, coupled with self-motivation and a desire to expand skill sets and overcome challenges.
