Read more:.Position SummaryProduct Manager is responsible for managing and maximizing business opportunities of immunology products including new products in dermatology (psoriasis) area, developing the strategic planning for successful launch and execution of promotional activities in collaboration with global and local cross functional teams.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for marketing and revenue/profit management of products in immunology, maximizing business potential and return on investmentDevelop marketing strategies and operational plan achieving revenue/profit/OPEX target.Develop and maintain effective interactions with key functions such as Sales, Medical, Government affairs, Market Access, and other stakeholders to consolidate business strategy.Support launch preparation efforts for new products in immunology through effective interactions with key functions such as Sales, Medical, Government affairs, Market Access, and other stakeholdersEstablish BMS positioning in immunology through successful new product launches and key stakeholder engagementConduct product training to sales team improving their capability of delivering product messages and evidencesResolve complex business issues by identifying and providing superior analysis and reasoned solutions based on the integration of a variety of data sources.Accepts personal responsibility for the delivery of the strategic and tactical marketing plans and for the delivery of results to the overall performance of the business.Takes the broader business perspective into account when making decisions. Works with a multi-disciplinary team of people to ensure that decisions made are correct.
