Job Title[외국계/제조] Production Supervisor Location Ansan, South Korea Responsibilities Oversee production cell operations in collaboration with the production cell manager; enhance processes by improving production line speed, cycle times, cost efficiency, and reducing waste through established production methodologies.

Support profitable growth by ensuring timely production and supply of new products; identify and implement cost reduction initiatives by analyzing cost drivers in production processes.

Develop and review standard operating procedures and relevant documentation for timely product release; continually improve production reliability through OEE and yield management, enhancing people capabilities, and supporting CAPEX initiatives.

Analyze data to boost machine and labor productivity and yield; manage daily performance metrics including defect handling, 5 S, output, OEE, and yield.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, health, and environmental policies in production operations; enforce company policies and directives in the production area.

Facilitate optimal supply relationships and act as a liaison aligning business partner objectives with overall strategies.

Support the supervision and development planning of employees; maintain excellent communication with subordinates, other departments, and higher management.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

At least five (5) years of experience in production.

Proficiency in English and Korean communication skills.

Strong command of MS Office applications.

Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, continuous improvement, data analysis, quality and safety management, OEE, and yield.
