Job DescriptionKey Responsibility:Manage ISIR and 4M change from development to EOPManage customers (Hyundai/Kia, GMK and RSM) line and field claimManage 8D report for all issues and report to customerManage IATF 16949 and work with Core ToolsInterface customer requirements and develop action plans with internal groupCollaborate with Internal and external Engineering groupContinuous improvement of business activities.Measure and report quality performances (PPM, Claim cost, Customer satisfaction)Requirements:Experience on Electric/ Electronics automotive device is a plus.ISIR and PPAP management experience with customersFamiliar with 8D and quality tools for problem solving.Experience of Quality Management System (IATF16949, VDA series, etc)Experience of audit (System, Process, Supplier) English communication skills to connect with global interfaces.
