Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, statistics, or a related technical program. At least 5 years of related working experience. Awareness of quality principles and tools such as quality engineering, reliability engineering, quality codes, and standards. Applied experience with problem-solving and investigation methodologies. Possess applied experience with ISO management systems. Applied experience with SPC/SQC and statistical techniques (Minitab), MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Power Points) skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills. Be self-motivated and a self-starter with the ability to work on multiple activities and projects in an organized and timely manner.
