This includes the creation, generation and maintenance of site,property, team and individual performance reports. Requesting, maintaining and auditing system access requests, updating and maintenance of local databases and knowledgebases, and coordinating with Leadership and Workforce on employee schedule updates and absences. The role will also support internal communication tools and communication distribution. Qualifications·Working experience in contact center environment, especially in administrative supports role. ·Good written and oral communication skils. Writes and speaks clearly and concisely, presents information clearly and with confidence.·A self-motivated, proactive individual and good team player.·Natural disposition to be helpful and willingness to go the extra step for both internal and external customers.·Ability to develop creative solutions and innovative ideas that can positively impact overall interaction with the guest/customer. ·Excellent organizational and time management skills, and ability to grasp reporting requirements.·Understanding of key performance metrics and their impact on operations performance.
