KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify people development needs, develop training strategy, and ensure execution of the programs Plan, organize all leadership, functional skills and cultural trainings, with a strong focus on the office and retail people leaders based on guidelines provided by Cartier HQ L&D, local HR and commercial strategy Responsible for execution of core programs developed by HQ L&D and modifying as necessary for Korean market Assist Head of HR to adapt and deploy the Maison L&D strategy and vision at local level making sure L&D culture is understood and implemented at all levels Work together with HRBP and people managers to create individual development plan for identified talents as well as to follow up the individual career development journeys Share and exchange with people managers on development and talent management actions/ expectations Reinforce to implement the digital learning platform Constantly check of the working environment through leading the engagement survey Develop and follow up action plans related to Key Talent Assessment PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 10 years of experience in total career 5+ years experiences of developing and delivering specialized training and people development training for a global multi-national company.
Experience in managing Talent development projects and execution Strong knowledge of learning principles and global best practices Excellent communication, presentation, public speaking, and persuasive skills Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in identifying action steps required to achieve the Maison's objectives and priorities Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Fluent in English and Korean
