Job DetailsThe primary purpose of the IT Digital Specialist will assist the IT Manager - Application to oversee and implementation of projects that contributes to the improvement and harmonization of digital platforms, technology, infrastructure and/or systems and applications in alignment with business and user needs.The IT Digital Specialist is also responsible for developing a deep knowledge of supported business areas, especially focusing on e-Commerce, Omni-Channel sales, Call Center, Retail and CRM digital solutions to support the enterprise and retail applications to make sure the smooth run of the Korea Business.In addition, the IT Digital Specialist will support testing by creating test cases with business counter parts and assisting with the quality assurance process.
