Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales division, guiding the team to excel in performanceand achieve ambitious sales targets Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives Expand market presence by identifying new opportunities and driving business growth Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders Negotiate high-level contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions Oversee sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics Ensure the team meets or exceeds targets for revenue growth and market penetration Provide expert guidance on technical product specifications and industry standards Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably majoring in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field)Extensive experience in the electrical industry (preferably with experience in power transformers)Demonstrated expertise in sales with a proven history of achieving and exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset Solid understanding of market dynamics and a proactive approach to business development Leadership skills Business-level English communication skills Willingness to travel for business meetings
