CS Team Manage
1. Customer service works
1) Check and Support product commissioning and customer training request at domestic and overseas.
2) Support periodic on-site inspection and visit schedule consultation with customer.
3) Support proposal & quotation for maintenance job and customer requirement document reparation.
4) Solution provision of problem to dealers and customer by phone
5) Propose improve specification(Inverter type, dehumidify machinery, ETC) to customer.
2. After service feed-back works
1) Share identified improvement needs during commissioning and paid service.
2) Share key defects found during commissioning and inspection
3) Complement and create training manual for specification changes and additional verification.
3. Service Sales works
1) Seeking ways to maximize service sales and propose.
2) Support inspection of third-party product and suggestion paid service work.
3) Techinical support for customer, sales team and agency(communication, EMCY support, documents, ETC) To succeed, you will need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent knowledge)
