Key Responsibilities Shape together with our team the future of pharma manufacturing Manage, grow and contribute to our international knowledge community Responsible for developing a specialization within a specific domain of expertise, leveraging prior experience to further develop associated services and products Sit onsite at the customer location to deliver PAS-X successfully Design, document and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing processes Translate customer requirements into software application Participate in the design of client information systems Organize and teach best practice product workshops at customer sites Constantly seek ways to improve design, documentation and maintenance of manufacturing processes Investigate client issues and then communicate key insights and findings to product team Key Requirements Actively contribute to turn entrepreneurial thinking into customer success Excellent communication skills and are at working level in English, third language is a plus Work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution for our challenges A degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant engineering Two (2) years of experience using MES or SAP (PP preferred) or more Proven experience in eliciting requirements and executing test specifications Working level written and verbal English
