? Manage sub- distributors sales performance and behavior monthly
? To ensure sustainable business with all sub- distributors while to enhance channel coverage, key account’s image as well.
? To review business on monthly basis and conduct business planning with all partners;
? Collaborate with both internal and external team to achieve targets;
? Develop annual commercial policies to support and drive sub-distributors to achieve annual sales target
? Design and implement marketing programs for the NPD launch.
? Communicate with sub- distributor effectively about policies as needed
? Provide monthly sub-distributor performance dashboard and recommend actions to resolve any issues Promptly.
? Coordinate and leverage internal resources to support growth Qualification
[자격요건]
? Bachelor degree and above
? Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales related role, ideally in sub- distributor management and new channel development; preferably in FMCG and multinational firm
? Faster learner, stay positive, passion for hi-technology and result-oriented;
? Fluency in Korean and English
? Well organized, good presentation and interpersonal skills;
