Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise to address customer needs and establish effective communication channels Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders, including opinion leaders and decision-makers Collaborate on technical roadmapping initiatives, and support daily business activities across various engineering stages, including capability assessments and risk evaluations Contribute to the development and execution of customer strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives Analyze and evaluate market trends in the substrate industry to inform strategic decision-making Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering major)Must have experience in HDI PCB/Substrate industry4~14 years of work experience as FAE, R&D, Sales Engineer, Project Engineer, or Product Engineer Strong customer focus with the ability to anticipate market trends and build strategic relationships Business level of English communication skill
