The position develops leading edge initiatives to insure the products and services provided by us and supporting organizations continually improve and meet the expectations of our customers. This position will also be responsible for managing document control system and record control system related all that quality records and documents. This position will be responsible for providing to global with quality and warranty reporting in support of the our Failure Review Board. 1. Customer Interface – Key Role Support to respond quality system audits of customer. Coordinate to respond product inspection from customer Internal / External communication to establish root cause and corrective actions for customer’s requirement Report improved quality process for customer’s requirement Provide Quality data to customers 2. Quality Management System Develop, review and revise standard operating procedure Maintain and control ISO 9001/14001 Certification Checking Quality Management System and suggest corrective actions Support GG MET and S-Mark Certification Quickly coordinate containment, subsequent root-cause investigations, implementation of correction actions, internal / external communications, customer acceptance, and closure to the satisfaction of the business 3. Control of quality records Manage operations of Internal and External Training Program Assure training requirements are communicated and completed training is recorded. Control and Record Equipment Master Data Control VMHYT Metrics data 4. Quality Customer Complaint Support Quality meeting Track, develop and implement for corrective and preventive action Recording, tracking, and managing for Customer Complaint data Establishing and conducting the planning and corrective actions about root cause and failure analysis 5. Continuous Improvement Incorporate process improvements into the quality system. Revise and develop work Instructions Who you are:+2 year Significant applied experience with Customer Quality response. Bachelor's degree in science, mathematics, statistics, or related technical program. An awareness of quality principles and tools such as quality engineering, Statistics, reliability engineering, quality codes and standards, and quality function deployment approaches. Good at reporting quality documents for root cause, corrective action and quality process. Maintain good relationships with internal/external interested parties Significant applied experience with SPC/SQC and statistical techniques Significant applied experience with Continuous Improvement tools.
